Welcome to ROI Hunt (“we”, “us”). By using www.roihunt.in or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.
Our Services
We provide digital marketing services such as SEO, lead generation, content, social media, paid ads and website work. The scope, deliverables and price for each project are confirmed in writing (proposal, invoice, email or WhatsApp) before work starts. Extra work outside that scope is billed separately.
No Guarantee of Results
We work hard to grow your business, but we can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Results depend on search engines, ad platforms, competition and your own business. Refunds can’t be claimed for missed targets.
Your Responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, content and access on time.
- Make sure your website and content follow the law and platform rules.
- Tell us about any past penalties or spam issues on your website.
If you don’t respond for 7 days, we may pause your project.
Payments
- Payments are due in advance, or as agreed in writing.
- Late payment may pause our work.
- Ad spend, domain, hosting and paid tools are not included in our fees unless stated.
- GST and other taxes are extra where applicable.
Cancellation and Refunds
- If you cancel on the same day and we haven’t started work, we refund your payment within 30 days.
- Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
- Ad budgets already spent on Google, Meta or other platforms can’t be refunded.
Either side can end an ongoing monthly service with 15 days’ written notice.
Website Work
Changes after final delivery are billed at our hourly rate unless you have a maintenance plan. We are not responsible for hacking, downtime or search engine penalties on websites we do not host or maintain.
Ownership and Confidentiality
Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final work we create for you. Our website content, logos and tools remain ours. We both agree to keep each other’s private business information confidential.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or missed business, or for problems caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) or events outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in the last 30 days.
Website Use
Please don’t misuse our website, scrape it, try to break into it or use it for anything unlawful. Our use of your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. This Terms & Conditions was last revised on 28 September 2026. Continuing to use our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
